Sales Policy

Trademark Academy offers a trading education service at an on-line site at www.TrademarkAcademy.com as well as at our office at 1222 Avenue M, Suite 402, Brooklyn, NY 11230.

When Trademark Academy was first established, we made several important policy decisions about pricing and other matters. Our decisions reflected our personal philosophies and were influenced greatly by our experiences as long-time Day Traders. We chose policies which reflected what we as Day Traders wanted to see in our company. We chose to deal with others, as we would have others deal with us.

A related principle is that we work to treat each and every client fairly. That belief is represented no place better than in our view about pricing of services on our site.

All services displayed on our site, whether by our own initiative or upon request, are posted at a fixed price. We do not entertain alternate offers on those items, and the prices posted are the prices offered to all who view the items. We believe this is important and consistent with our emphasis on integrity and service - our clients can be confident that any service posted is offered to all under the same conditions. We have not and do not make exceptions to this policy.

At the same time, we are able to entertain individual requests at shows, by e-mail, or in other ways that do not involve the public site. In those cases, we may be open to negotiations based upon the service in question; however, in such cases, any negotiated terms apply only to the individual with whom we are engaged and remain in effect only for a fixed amount of time. Should an service under discussion be posted to the site in order for the requestor to view and consider that item, the price at which it is listed is the fixed best price to the requestor and to all others.

Our site is constantly under review, routine updating and maintenance. We reserve the right to add or withdraw a service from the site at any time, and to change prices on services listed there without notice.

Service Policy

Trademark Academy offered Day Trading course is a one time fee of $3000.00. No refund will be offered once charged.

Trademark Academy's "Trademark Live" service is a monthly fee of $250.00 which will be charged monthly automatically, and again, no refund will be offered once charged.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of all classes and services adhere to a strict guideline. All cancellations must be achieved the month before on the 20th. If this timeline is not achieved on the 20th of the month before the next charge, you will still be charged for our services. Trademark Academy reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or make substitutions for any announced classes.

For example, if the posted starting date for your class is Febuary 1st, then the last day to make a cancellation is January 20th. If you do not make the deadline After January 20, you will be charged with no refund.

Refund Policy

No refunds are granted once charged.
